A daily disciplined framework for success that anyone can follow
This is simple - NOT something complex with various steps to follow and tons of writing. There are many planners and electronic tools out there that become too cumbersome or distracting to manage on a daily basis without focus on health, good habits, and daily discipline. I developed this planner with simplicity in mind and a framework that will produce results for you no matter your profession. All change is inherently hard as human beings. I've studied the habits of many successful individuals over the years and most have the same things in common. They write things down and have good daily discipline around their day and habits! When we write things down, we commit them to memory, and it's been proven by so many successful individuals over the years.
I'm Chris Schraf, the creator of the Focused Lifestyle Planner. I've spent the last 18 years in the technology industry. I created this planner from the framework I've refined and have been using for years. People often ask me, "What do you do? What do you use to stay on track or get things done? How do you stay in shape?" It's not one thing, but rather it's everything - it's a lifestyle that I live based off this framework. It's centered around daily discipline for making the right decisions, maintaining good habits, exercising, eating healthy, and accomplishing my daily tasks. I've gained tremendous achievements in both my professional and personal life leveraging this framework for years. Simply put, I want to share this with others since it has helped me so much.
